Power transformers are important equipment of power system.Ensuring the health and of the power transformer is an important prerequisite for the safe and stable operation of power system.Experimental testing or online monitoring of power transformers can realize fault diagnosis and accident prevention of power transformers,and is an effective means to ensure the safe operation of power transformers.However,not all users need permanent online monitoring of the transformer,and a considerable number of users have a demand for short-term online monitoring of the transformer.Aiming at the variability of users,this paper proposes a mobile online monitoring system for transformers.The system combines the characteristics of a traditional long-term online monitoring system and mobile experimental equipment,which can not only meet the stability required for long-term online monitoring,but also meet the portability required for mobile.During the operation of the power transformer,to prevent the transformer from damaging of iron core multi-point ground fault,the core earth current of the of the transformer must be monitored.At the same time,At the same time,the transformer core ground current is also coupled with a high-frequency signal that can reflect the transformer’s health status.At the same time,the transformer core earth current is also coupled with a high-frequency signal that can reflect the transformer’s health status.Therefore,in this paper,a measurement object of power transformer core ground current level,an online monitoring system for mobile transformer core ground current is proposed.The design research is mainly carried out from the two aspects of hardware structure and software interaction.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1)Investigate the current status of existing online monitoring systems and mobile industrial equipment,combining with ergonomics to summarize its advantages and disadvantages.2)Combined with ergonomics,in order to ensure the usability and ease of use in engineering,extensively explore the derivative hardware requirements brought by mobile hardware requirements,to conduct in-depth analysis of hardware design requirements.In-depth research was conducted on users,starting with two aspects of interaction common requirements and interaction feature requirements,to in-depth analysis of software interaction requirements.3)Using mechanical engineering methods,functionally refine the hardware design,and then further implement structural design and mechanical manufacturing.Put new equipment into engineering practice and collect user feedback.4)Use program design and program development methods to design and implement interactive software,and conduct simple tests.Compared with the existing fixed system,the new mobile transformer core earth current online monitoring box developed in this thesis has obvious advantages,such as:miniaturization,portability,convenient disassembly and assembly,support for "hot swapping",simple function and performance Enhanced,low hardware requirements,with waterproof and heat dissipation function,the operation steps of common works are significantly reduced,the coordinate displays form of diagrams are more clear,the useless information displays are significantly reduced,the useful information displays are more eye-catching,the texts are clear,and the sizes of texts are appropriate.Not only does it solve the problem of online monitoring of transformers with huge numbers,different states,and changing scenes,but also greatly improves the system experience.Write the thesis to provides a reference for the design and development of the future mobile online monitoring system.
