Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s new era and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,people are beginning to pay more attention to and care about the medical and health field.In China,the most common cause of death is cardiovascular disease.At present,the number of people suffering from cardiovascular disease in China has reached 290 million,and about 3.7 million people die of cardiovascular disease each year,accounting for 43 % of all deaths.As the population ages and its population continues to grow,by 2030,China’s annual number of cardiovascular disease events will exceed 50 %.Therefore,there is an increasing demand for wearable device detection and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.In view of the current situation,the development of wearable health detection and diagnostic equipment is a top priority.Pulse wave is closely related to cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease risk and atherosclerosis.Therefore,the analysis of pulse waves can help researchers and clinicians to evaluate various cardiovascular-related diseases.However,the current pulse detection and diagnosis system generally has problems such as low system accuracy,high noise,easily distorted pulse waveform,few clinical indicators and inconvenience to wear,which greatly limits its development in the field of medical health.This thesis conducts relevant research on the pulse acquisition and analysis system based on PVDF flexible film,so that the pulse detection and diagnosis system has the advantages of high precision,very low noise,clearly visible pulse waveform feature points,rich clinical indicators,and convenience and wear.Based on the piezoelectric effect of flexible film,this thesis developed a portable high-precision real-time pulse acquisition detection and diagnosis system,which includes: PVDF flexible film sensor,pre-faint small signal processing circuit(including differential charge amplifier module,voltage amplifier Module,Butterworth low-pass filter module,50 Hz power frequency notch filter module),high-precision data acquisition module,processor module,wireless transmission module,and LabVIEW-based pulse detection module.This thesis collected human pulse signals based on PVDF flexible film,converteds the pulse signals into high-precision electrical signals through a pre-faint small signal processing circuit,and then processeds the signals through high-precision data acquisition modules and ARM chips to convert the pulse signals real-time wireless transmission to the host computer for data processing and analysis of pulse wave.Clarified the meaning and calculation formula of the clinical indicators included in pulse waveform,pulse waveform first-order lead waveform and pulse waveform second-order lead waveform.The clinical significance included in the pulse waveform is IPA and AI;the clinical significance included in the pulse waveform first-order lead waveform is heart rate;the clinical significance contained in the second-order lead waveform is AGT and AGI.In this thesis,the signal-to-noise ratio of the pulse detection and diagnosis system is increased to more than 70 d B,which ensures the high accuracy and integrity of the collected pulse signal.The accuracy of the heart rate detection by the system is about 98 %,and the repeatability of the results of the system detection of IPA,AI,AGT,and AGI are 6.96 %,4.26 %,1.78 %,and 8.93 %.It can be seen that the repeatability of the four clinical indicators is within 12 % of their average,in line with medical instrument measurement research standards.The system was used to detect and analyze the pulse of people with cardiovascular-related diseases and control groups.The results of detection and diagnosis are good.It can be seen that the system can be used as an important auxiliary method in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of related cardiovascular diseases.Contribute to the rapid development of the medical and health field,so that the technology of wearable detection and diagnosis related cardiovascular disease equipment has been further improved.
