The Manufacturing industry is the foundation of the development of national economy,which has cost a large number of energy consumption.Job shop scheduling is an important step in the machining process.The reasonable arrangement of scheduling scheme can effectively reduce the energy consumption.In the actual machining process,preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of machine tools will affect the implementation of the scheduling scheme,resulting in the conflict of job shop machining resources,prolonging the completion time of workshop tasks,and increasing the energy consumption.Therefore,it is a problem worthy of in-depth study to reasonably allocate the resources of the whole machining system,such as process route,machine tool,cutter and worker,and to optimize the energy-saving scheduling of flexible job shop considering machine failure and maintenance.With the support of the Project National Key Research and Development Project(No.2017YFF0207903),this research proposes an energy-saving optimization method of flexible job shop considering the preventive maintenance of machine tool,and an energysaving optimization method of resource constrained flexible job shop scheduling and maintenance integration to realize the high-efficiency optimization of flexible job shop scheduling.Firstly,the maintenance characteristics of the machine tools are analyzed,and the maintenance model of the machine tools is built;the influence of the job shop equipment maintenance on the scheduling scheme and the energy consumption are analyzed.On this basis,the optimization framework of the flexible job shop energy efficiency considering the maintenance of the machine tools is built.Secondly,an energy-saving optimization method of flexible job shop considering the preventive maintenance of machine tools is studied.A flexible job shop scheduling optimization model is established,which takes the minimum total energy consumption and the minimum completion time as the optimization objective,and the process route,machine tool,process sequence,machining tool of each process,preventive maintenance cycle and preventive maintenance times of each machine tool as the optimization variables.The improved multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm(MOSA)is used to solve the problem.Thirdly,the integrated energy-saving optimization method of resource constrained flexible job shop scheduling and maintenance is studied.Taking the minimum total energy consumption and the minimum completion time as the optimization objective,considering the flexibility of machine tools,cutting tools,process routes and workers,the integrated optimization model of flexible job shop scheduling and maintenance is constructed,and the energy-saving optimization problem is solved by using MOSA.Finally,taking the scheduling of a machining shop as an example,the energy-saving optimization method of flexible job shop considering the preventive maintenance of machine tools and the integrated energy-saving optimization method of resource constrained flexible job shop scheduling and maintenance are applied,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the comparative analysis of different schemes. |
