The ground effect wing ship is a new type of high-performance ship that can fly at a low altitude and high speed.It has better wave resistance and higher speed than ordinary ships.The hydrodynamic performance of a ship is one of the important contents of a ship’s navigation performance,and the ground effect wing ship is no exception as a kind of ship.However,compared with general ships,the hydrodynamic performance of the ground effect wing ship also includes lift performance,aerodynamic characteristics of the wing,and stability of movement during air navigation.This paper verifies the correctness of the simulation results of the simulation software in this paper by simulating and model testing the resistance of a taxiing boat model under various conditions of still water.Then this article takes a ground effect wing ship as an example,reduces it proportionally according to a certain ratio,and then performs numerical simulation on its reduced model through the numerical simulation software STAR-CCM+and the corresponding numerical simulation theory.Resistance,lift and pitch moment values under working conditions.Prediction and comparative study on the hydrodynamic performance of the ground-effect wing ship through two methods,such as the conversion of the Fu Rude number in the similar conversion method and the numerical simulation of the ground-effect wing ship.Then based on the simulation results and related theories,the hydrodynamic performance of the ground-effect wing ship model is studied and corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,according to the problems in the simulation process,combined with the aerodynamic characteristics of the wing and other related theories,the corresponding optimization plan is proposed for the airfoil model and other parts of the ground effect wing ship model.The main contents of the research on the hydrodynamic performance of the ground effect wing ship are:1)Resistance performance,including the influence of the change of working conditions on the resistance of the ground effect wing ship and the influence of the wing on the resistance;2)Lift performance,including the impact of changes in working conditions on the lift of a ground-effect wing vessel,the study of the wing stall phenomenon and the lift-drag ratio;3)Motion stability,including the study of pitch static stability and fly height stability.The research content of this paper has certain guiding significance for the selection of the wing airfoil of the ground effect wing ship;for the similar ground effect wing ship model studied in this paper,its data can guide the design and further research of the ship;The method of predicting the ship’s hydrodynamic performance also has a certain reference role.
