For submarines,concealment is one of the most important indicators related to their combat effectiveness and survivability.The submarine’s underwater noise mainly comes from internal mechanical operation noise and underwater fluid noise.Controlling the internal noise of the hull to radiate outwards can be achieved by studying the highimpedance base.In order to achieve this target,this article carried out the following work:First,the basic theory of structural vibration is introduced,and the vibration equation of the plate structure under external load is derived.Then it introduces the related classical theories of acoustic problems,and derives the acoustic control equations used in the calculation of acoustic radiation using the finite element method.The overall structural model is established based on the typical base structure and cabin structure of the underwater vehicle.On the basis of calculating the vibration characteristics of the original structure base,in order to improve its vibration characteristics,by increasing the thickness of the plate,changing the base structure and increasing Slabs and other methods were used to obtain the optimized structural base,and the relevant vibration characteristics of the optimized structural base were calculated.On the basis of obtaining an optimized structural base,the new high-damping alloy steel is used as a new material for the construction of the base.By comparing the vibration characteristics of different material bases under the same structural form,it is found that the damping performance of high-damping materials is compared to Q235 steel Excellent.At the same time,through experimental tests,the experimental results were compared with the simulation results,which verified the reliability of the simulation calculation and confirmed the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.According to the acoustic finite element method,the effects of the original structural base,optimized structural base and new high-damping steel base on the vibration and sound radiation characteristics of the submarine’s typical cabin structure were analyzed,and the effectiveness of the optimized design method was verified to reduce the submarine’s Vibration and noise reduction design provides new ideas.Finally,through experimental measurements,the vibration characteristics of the original structural base,optimized structural base and new high-damping steel base were verified,including the differences in its impedance,impedance dispersion and mean square vibration speed.The advantages and disadvantages of this kind of base vibration and noise reduction performance.The experimental results are compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the experimental measurements and the reliability of the numerical simulation results.
