| The blade is the most important component of an aero engine,and its machining accuracy and manufacturing level have an important influence on the performance of the aero engine.How to realize the high-precision,high-efficiency and high-reliability intelligent detection scheme is the leading topic and research hotspot in the field of national manufacturing currently.This paper aims at some problems existing in the actual blade measurement of traditional blade measurement systems,and proposes a blade profile scanning measurement scheme based on a coordinate measuring machine,and develops an automated blade scanning software to achieve hardware linkage Measurement provides the software foundation.The main contents of this article include:(1)In order to meet the requirements of aviation blade profile detection,this paper is based on a three-coordinate measuring machine,equipped with a high-precision electric rotating table and an optical dispersion confocal probe,and constructed a four-degree-of-freedom blade profile coordinate scanning measurement device,and completed the calibration of the multi-coordinate system And unified transformation modeling.(2)For blades with theoretical models,the Kmeans clustering algorithm is used to plan the probe position and pose,so that the blades can complete the scanning measurement in a smaller field of view.For blades without theoretical models,an adaptive scanning method based on real-time prediction of local sampling points is proposed to predict and adjust the sampling points in real time.The arc step method is used to plan the sampling step size,so that the sampling step size is adaptively distributed with the curvature.Finally,the proposed scanning method is simulated and analyzed,which proves that the method has high accuracy and reliability.(3)The driver software of the hardware system has been developed to provide a basis for the realization of automated measurement.Based on the C# language Winform development platform,the software framework is built,and the key software modules are designed using object-oriented technology,including the turntable control module,the coordinate measuring machine control module,the dispersion confocal displacement meter control module,and the data processing module.The software system can realize stable automatic or semi-automatic blade line scanning motion control,as well as data processing,data storage,point cloud visualization and other functions.The blade scanning method and software programming proposed in this paper can achieve high-precision,high-efficiency and high-automatic blade profile scanning measurement,which satisfies the blade measurement requirements and has certain practical application value. |
