| For LED lighting,balancing light quality and high light extraction efficiency is the key to developing new LED lighting sources and lamps.The diffuser is a secondary light distribution element designed during the lighting process.By adjusting the shape and arrangement of the microstructure on the surface of the diffuser plate,different transmittances and uniformity of the diffuser plate can be achieved,which has high flexibility.In this paper,through theoretical research,simulation design,and experimental comparative analysis,based on Light Tools optical software,the light transmission process in a CD pattern(CD pattern)and a hemispherical microstructure diffusion plate is analyzed.The effects of the CD pattern microstructure and microhemispheric microstructure on the surface of the diffuser on the light extraction efficiency were studied.Based on the principle of diffuse reflection and light diffusion of the microstructure on the surface of the diffuser plate,the geometric arrangement shape and parameters of the CD pattern and hemispherical microstructure were studied and designed.The optical analysis software Light Tools was used to model the microstructure and large-scale distributed ray tracing on the surface of the diffuser plate,and simulated the light transmission process in the CD pattern,micro hemispherical microstructure diffuser plate.The micro-structure line width range of 200 μm can increase the light efficiency up to 13.52%,and the hemispherical microstructure radius of 150 μm can increase the light efficiency by 14.55% at the highest.Electro-casting molds and injection molding were used to prepare the CD pattern diffuser and hemispherical diffuser.By measuring the surface morphology,height space size,and light transmittance of CD pattern microstructure,hemispherical microstructure diffusion plate,and comparing and analyzing with various existing structure diffusion plates on the market,the results show that the The hemispherical microstructure has greatly improved the light extraction efficiency of the diffuser.The light transmittance of the CD pattern microstructure diffuser reaches 90.6%,which is 8.8% higher than that of a general diffuser.The light transmittance is 95.6%,which is 13.8% higher than that of a general diffuser. |
