| Flood disasters in the Yangtze River Basin occurred frequently,which caused serious losses to social and economic development.The joint flood control operation of the upstream reservoir with the Three Gorges Reservoir is an important technical method to protect the flood control safety in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Focused on the joint flood control operation of Jinping I,Ertan,Xiluodu,Xiangjiaba and the Three Gorges Reservoir,this thesis studies the flood control capacity of different reservoirs on the Jingjiang Reach and the compensation relationship between the upstream reservoirs with the Three Gorges Reservoir.Finally,the thesis puts forward the reasonable model and rule of the jiont flood control operation of reservoirs group.The main research work and innovative achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)By building and applying two joint flood control operation model of reserviors groups,one of which has the highest degree of safety and the other simultanously blocks floods,the thesis analyzes differences in flood control capacity of different reservoirs for flood control stations,proposes a quantitative description method of the flood control capacity utilization efficiency.The formula of the utilization efficiency of flood control capacity with the Muskingen parameter and the flood storage capacity of the reservoir is deduced.In addition,the thesis proposes the research method of the compensation relationship of flood control capacities between reservoirs,and analyzes the relation of capacity compensation relationship with the distance from upstream reservoir to Three Gorges Reservoir,the type of flood,and the mutually compensated capacity.(2)In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the flood control capacity of the synchronous flood model,the thesis puts forword a synchronous flood detention model based on the capacity compensation relationship of reservoir.By analyzing the flood control effct of defferent reservoirs with the Three Gorges Reservoir,the result shows Jinping I and Ertan Reservoirs can better exert the effct of flood interception when the exceed duration of floods is long.(3)Focused on the problem of the optimal operation model and the current conventional operation rules,considering the flood blocking timing and flood storage capacity of different reservoirs,the thesis proposes a joint flood control operation rule for Jinping I,Ertan,Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba Reservoirs with Three Gorges Reservoir.At same time,In order to solve the rule parameters,the thesis builds the optimal model with cuckoo algorithm.The result shows that the rules have the high efficiency of flood control capacity while the pressure of the Three Gorges reservoir reduced. |
