The modeling of ship cabin is the key link in ship design.The design process is complex and tedious,and the period is long.At present,in the cabin modeling module of general ship design software at home and abroad,the recognition algorithm is not highly automatic,which is mainly realized by semi-automatic design method,needs a lot of manual intervention,and also has shortcomings in design efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,it has important theoretical research and practical application value to study the algorithm of automatic identification of ship cabin and develop efficient modeling system.This project is originated from “compass 3D” project of China Classification Society.The purpose of this project is to research and develop a ship cabin modeling system.The system processes the ship grid model,provides a series of stable and efficient platformindependent cabin modeling functions,and provides a one-stop solution for cabin design.In order to ensure the efficiency of cabin modeling functions,a series of ship grid model algorithms are proposed in this thesis.Through the design of adaptive multi-tree structure,a three-dimensional adjacent structure search algorithm is established,which solves the problem of low efficiency of searching adjacent structures.By designing the topological relation of half-edge and half-face structure and putting forward the concept of half-face closed space,an algorithm of creating topological relation of grid model and an algorithm of automatic identifying of cabin are established,and the time complexity of the cabin identification algorithm reaches the theoretical asymptotic optimization,which greatly improves the efficiency of automatic identification of cabin.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the interior components of the cabin and the characteristics of the half-face closed space,a cabin interior component identification and matching algorithm is established,which solves the problem of the difficulty and low efficiency in the identification of interior components.According to the characteristics of the ship model,a grid model cutting algorithm and a precision defect repair algorithm are designed to solve the structural defect problem caused by the modeling accuracy in the ship model.Finally,the system is applied to NX 11.0 modeling platform.Taking a large-scale ship of 180,000 tons in the actual project as an example,the cabin modeling design is carried out by using the system function,and repeated experiments are carried out to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the system by comparing the built-in cabin modeling function of NX platform.
