With people’s living standards getting better and better,the market of home appliance industry,especially the air conditioning industry,is still developing rapidly.The market share of the leading home appliance enterprises is getting higher and higher,and the production and efficiency of manufacturing plants are facing the pressure of leaping and improving.The important ex factory safety inspection items in the air conditioning production process belong to the electrical strength,grounding resistance,insulation resistance,leakage current and other items of anti electric shock protection,which are the most basic and important safety inspection items,all of which must be subject to online full inspection.At present,the main means of manual detection in the industry,there are hidden dangers to operators,low efficiency,and with the increase of production capacity and the improvement of production line speed,this process has become a bottleneck process and is easy to cause the outflow of non-conforming products.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the automation of safety inspection for household electrical appliances,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of enterprises and guarantee the quality of products.This paper first summarizes the development of the industry and the application and development trend of machine vision technology and industrial robots.Secondly,according to the actual conditions of the factory,the technical scheme of the project is formulated according to local conditions,including the hardware selection of mechanical and motion control system,safety test system,and visual image processing system,realizing the realization of visual algorithm and the realization process of robot guided motion.Visual studio is used as the development tool,based on the Halcon visual algorithm library,and based on the The object-oriented C + + language compiles the human-machine interface software and communication control program,and develops the software interface,function,work flow and operation method for the operator in combination with the production process of the air-conditioning external products.With machine vision as the core technology,image preprocessing and template matching recognition based on shape are carried out for the characteristics of the air-conditioning external terminal block,and consideration is given to For the convenience of deployment and debugging on the production line,the camera self-adaptive calibration is put forward and its feasibility is verified;machine vision guides and controls the industrial robot to correct the movement track after accurately identifying the terminal block of the air conditioner external machine,so as to realize the accurate connection between the safety inspection equipment and the product and complete the electrical automation test.The system integrates visual algorithm,mechanical motion control and electrical test methods,and systematically solves the automatic test process and method of important safety inspection items in home appliance industry.It can meet the requirements of customers on project investment cost,production efficiency and product pass through rate in actual production.Now it has reached the design goal and passed the factory customer acceptance.At present,the system has been put into operation and replicated to other factory production lines.The whole system has good robustness,practicability,high efficiency,simple production deployment,high flexibility and other characteristics.
