In recent years,the rapid development of civil airports is obvious to all.The number of residents who choose airport travel as a means of travel increases year by year,and new requirements are constantly put forward for the carrying efficiency of the roadside traffic collection and distribution system of airports.At the capital international airport passenger throughput in the world for years,under the condition of road traffic is close to saturation,the capital international airport landside traffic transportation in our country in public transport to undertake transport rate is still low,by raising efficiency of public transport,thus improve the proportion of airport passengers choose public transport,is to address the airport traffic congestion,a way of high carbon emissions.This study through understanding and learning of scholars at home and abroad research methods,to improve the airport landside traffic transportation system capacity to provide feasible way of thinking,and by setting the reasonable objective function,constraint condition and methods of improvement of airport express rail timetable optimization problem,to the capital international airport fast track for empirical analysis.Taking the summative value of passenger waiting cost and operation cost of operator as objective function,combined with constraints,a mathematical model suitable for scheduling optimization of airport express rail is proposed.In setting up the model,the passenger waiting cost is defined as the passenger waiting time,the airport express rail operator,defined as the cost of each grid operating costs and fares income difference,after using the improved flower pollinate algorithm optimize the capital international airport fast rail timetable,it is concluded that such as interval start cases and random interval start of optimization results,and the results under different conditions were analyzed.
