Missiles,as an important force in today’s national military,especially the submarine-launched missiles’ maritime combat forces,have incomparable importance,powerful destructiveness,and deterrence.Therefore,whether the missile water discharge process will be affected by the force of the flow field It is very important to cause damage,but due to the low cost performance of the missile test,it is necessary to simulate the water discharge of the missile through the finite element method.Not only the cycle is short,the accuracy is high,and the waste of manpower and material resources is reduced.There are three stages of missile water discharge.Through the three-stage finite element analysis,the distribution and magnitude of the pressure load on the missile can be understood,so as to determine whether the missile strength is sufficient and will not be destroyed.In this paper,through the simulation of the three stages of the missile’s water discharge process,the effects of the external flow field on the missile’s flow field in different periods are studied,and the distribution cloud diagram and displacement curve of the pressure,temperature,and velocity are obtained.The force distribution and the magnitude of the strain.In this paper,the simulation of missile nozzle spraying high-temperature gas is used to study the flow field effect on the pipe wall caused by the flow field in the nozzle at different times.The pressure,temperature and velocity cloud diagrams are obtained.The temperature and velocity curves were studied,and the stress-strain distribution of the missile under gas shock was analyzed by fluid-structure interaction.In this paper,by simulating the missile under the simultaneous action of the external flow field and the internal flow field,the missile forces in the same three stages of the water discharge process are studied.The fluid-structure interaction is used to analyze the stress of the missile under the simultaneous action of internal and external forces.Strain distribution and a comparison of the extent to which the flow field affects the missile.
