Nuclear power is gradually emerging in the world with advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency.The steam generator is a key component inside the nuclear power plant.Its internal heat transfer tube is the weakest link in the pressure boundary of the nuclear power system.The systematic research technology is weak and lacks independent innovation.In view of this phenomenon,this paper studies and promotes the mechanical mechanism scheme of the control system and puts forward the design index of the control system,designs the overall scheme of the control system,designs the hardware and software of the control system,establishes the simulation model of the control system and simulates the control parameters Analysis,complete the development of the control system and conduct test analysis.The main work of this article is as follows:Analyze the test objects,working forms and test requirements of the promotion control system,research and design its mechanical mechanism plan,combine with its future development trend and actual application requirements,put forward this control system design index,and analyze and calculate the promotion control system driving ability.The design of the overall layout of the control system,the control box structure,and the software and hardware of the control system are designed in conjunction with the design indicators.According to the overall design plan and design indicators,the system hardware circuit is designed,and the selection of key components is completed.For the realization of motor motion control,the realization process of motor motion control based on CANopen communication is analyzed according to hardware selection.For the equipment needs to work continuously for a long time,analyze and calculate the heat dissipation characteristics and heat value of the control system,and use Ansys software to conduct steady-state thermal simulation analysis of the control box.For the software design of the push control system,the control program of the lower computer is designed separately according to the functional modules,and then the logic of each module is logically integrated and debugged online.Analyze the functions required for the design of the host computer control interface,and design and configure the host computer control interface based on WinCC software.Aiming at the control parameter setting of the control system,first of all,according to the motor parameters and the characteristics of the transmission mechanism,the transfer function of the motor and the transmission mechanism for driving and recovering the two modules of the control system is deduced,and MATLAB / Simulink software is used for simulation modeling.Subsequently,on the basis of this modeling,the simulation model of PID three-loop control system with feedforward compensation is analyzed and established.Finally,the control parameters are determined through simulation analysis,which lays the foundation for the setting of control parameters in subsequent experiments.Carry out the development and physical manufacturing of the push control system,and analyze and optimize the control parameters obtained by the control system simulation.In the laboratory,test and analyze the basic functional indicators of the equipment such as front-toback movement,emergency stop,and mirror layout movement;Build a test site in the factory,test and analyze the operation index of the high-speed driving load of the equipment,and test and analyze the speed and position stability of the sensor when it is moving;In the heat transfer tube simulation body of CGNPC,further test and Analysis on the driving load capacity of the equipment,the speed and position stability of the sensor movement,the reliability test on the long-term operation of the equipment,and verify the feasibility of the equipment by analyzing the signals collected by the eddy current instrument;Finally,the equipment is transported to Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station,and the basic functional indexes,high-speed driving load operation and signal acquisition quality of the equipment are tested and analyzed on site.
