| Photovoltaic power generation industry is one of the most important ways to effectively utilize solar power,and to a certain extent alleviate the pressure of non-renewable energy shortage.The existing photovoltaic power optimizer system has the largest power point tracking(Maximum Power Point Tracking)of single photovoltaic panels.The function of MPPT and the matrix of photovoltaic panels are automatically taken to reduce the function of system mismatch loss when shadowing.However,the program updating problem of power optimizer software is still not solved.This makes the power optimizer software that has been put into use in the system can not meet the needs of updating and updating the user program.Because the existing equipment is not easy to disassemble and can not be used as a single individual to access the Internet,it is not suitable for the system through the upgrade of the device JTAG interface and the Internet upgrade plan.It is necessary to develop a software upgrading method that does not affect the availability and convenience of the power optimizer.The photovoltaic power generation system is mainly composed of upper computer software,data collector,power optimizer and solar panel,this paper takes photovoltaic power optimizer as the research object,and proposes a design scheme of wireless power upgrading system based on radio frequency communication technology and IAP(In Application Programming)in application programming.Based on analysis and research,the scheme is implemented and verified.In this paper,the hardware circuit design of power optimizer and data collector,the improvement of traditional IAP technology and the design and implementation of IAP wireless multi upgrade system are completed.The power optimizer adopts STM32 series chip as the microcontroller,and receives the upgraded executable file through radio frequency communication technology.After software version control and data integrity check,The IAP technology is used to erase the Flash memory of the device,and finally the equipment software can be upgraded reliably.Then,with the help of the data collector,the updated version information,file size and other information will be uploaded to the upper computer monitoring software,so that the maintenance personnel can visualize the power ratio optimizer.This system design uses the TCP/IP communication protocol to realize the communication between the data collector and the upper computer.The test proves that the communication is reliable,and ensures the accuracy of the file to be upgraded through software design.The design and implementation of the wireless optimization technology and the version rollback function of the power optimizer software are elaborated in detail,which ensures the stability of the power optimizer software wireless upgrade system.After completing the physical production and software programming,the overall function test of the wireless upgrade system is carried out,and the test results are analyzed,and the actual problems are solved one by one to ensure the safe and reliable work of the system.This paper solves some deficiencies of the existing system and builds a stable,robust wireless monitoring platform with multiple wireless upgrades and easy maintenance.It has universal significance for the wireless upgrade of the system in other aspects. |
