Recently,because of the continuous development of video technology and the streaming media business in digital media,video streaming has become the main content of network streaming media.Different users have clear distinction,the devices they used are different,and users have different preferences for the videos.The distinction posing challenges to the transmission of video.And how to solve the growing demand for video streaming has become a major challenge in the research of network data transmission.Therefore,we studies the transmission optimization of vehicle video to improve the quality of experience(Qo E)in this thesis.We propose two optimization methods of SVC vehicle video transmission based on cluster in this thesis.Firstly,we study an optimization method of SVC vehicle video transmission based on vehicle cluster.The method solves the optimizationof vehicle video transmission path in vehicle cluster,which goal is to maximize the user’s Qo E.Besides,a cluster is formed between vehicles,and the cluster head(CH)is selected.The communication between vehicles is possible,and BS(base station)can communicate with all the vehicles of the cluster.We model the problem as an integer linear problem,using the branch and bound algorithm to solve it.Secondly,we propose an optimization method of SVC vehicle video transmission based on cache cluster.The method jointly optimize the cache strategy and transmission path in SBS(small base station)cache cluster scenario.And the goal is to maximize the average Qo E of vehicle users.Considering the limited cache capacity of SBS,and choosing which part of video to cache varies with the change of user request.The problem is modeled as a 0-1 integer linear optimization problem,and the optimal solution is obtained by combining KKT(karush Kuhn Tucker conditions)condition and adaptive algorithm based on branch and bound.Finally,a large number of simulation experiments are carried out for the two models proposed in the thesis.For the SVC vehicle video model based on vehicle cluster,the thesis first verifies the convergence of the proposed algorithm,and result show that the proposed algorithm has good performance and fast convergence speed.Secondly,the thesis verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheme,and results show that it can improve the user’s Qo E.
