| With the rapid development of power electronics and modern control technology,switched reluctance motor(SRM)is a new type of motor.It has the advantages of low cost,simple structure,strong fault tolerance during operation,and can adapt to a variety of working environment.It has been widely concerned and applied in the textile industry,electric vehicle,traction and transportation industries.The introduction of position sensor not only reduces the reliability of the system,but also increases the cost,and limits the working environment.As an important part of motor speed control system,power converter affects the stability and cost of the whole system.The common asymmetric half bridge structure limits the promotion of SRM in the market because there are no integrated components in the market.In this paper,the above problems are studied based on the full bridge power converter without position sensor control.Firstly,according to the research of SRM at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of various power converters are compared,and a five phases full bridge power converter with neutral point is proposed.Secondly,the basic control strategy of SRM is studied by studying the structural characteristics of SRM,establishing the mathematical model according to the principle of SRM.Based on the basic control theory,the control strategy without position sensor is studied.The principle of high frequency pulse injection method is to inject high frequency pulse into non conducting phase by comparing the peak value of response current.According to the characteristics of the inductance model of SRM,the sensorless control of SRM is realized.Modeling and simulation analysis in simulation softwareFinally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation,the hardware structure of the experiment platform without position sensor is introduced.The experiment of 8 / 6 pole SRM proves the validity and feasibility of the method. |
