The passive radar seeker is a missile-borne radar device installed on the missile. It can achieve the detection and interception of enemy signals and parameter measurement, and then sort and identify the target based on the measurement results.Because of these advantages, the missile can successfully track the target. For this on-board device, the accuracy of the parameter measurement and the sorting results directly affect the combat performance of the seeker. This thesis completes the theoretical research on the measurement methods of time domain, frequency domain, and air domain parameters.Comprehensively considering the wide beam characteristics and high accuracy requirements for passive radar seeker direction finding, the interferometer direction finding method is selected for further research.Firstly, the theoretical influencing factors and system errors of the interferometer direction finding method were analyzed, and the accuracy index needed to meet the actual work was calculated based on the physical model. For the problem of the size limitation of the missile-borne platform, two methods of long and short baseline and virtual baseline were analyzed. In order to solve the problem of large virtual baseline error,an improved virtual baseline defuzzification method is proposed, and it is verified that the method has a good effect in a low SNR environment.Signal sorting is also an important task of the missile-borne device. In this thesis, the single-parameter sorting method is studied, and a variety of methods are simulated and compared, including statistical histogram, cumulative difference histogram, transformation, improved transformation, etc. The advantages and disadvantages and the applicable environment of them were analyzed through simulation experiments. Finally,a pulse-delay-based matching identification method is proposed for the repetitive stray radiation source. After verification, the method has achieved a good separation effect for this type of radiation source. At the end of this thesis, the passive radar system is modeled and simulated by computer technology. On the basis of setting reasonable simulation parameters, the parameter measurement method and signal sorting algorithm studied above are verified, and a slave missile is established in the seeker system. All the functional modules launched to track the strike target have high engineering and practical value for the continued research of the seeker in the subsequent work.
