The vehicle in the near space has the characteristics of fast flight speed and strong maneuverability which will result in RM and DFM when radar detects it.RM and DFM will cause energy leakage and reduce the probability of target detection.This has greatly increased the difficulty of tracking and intercepting such targets,thereby posing a threat to territorial security.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the algorithms of high-speed and maneuvering targets in near space detection for safeguarding our territorial security.This paper discusses the implementation of high-speed maneuvering target detection algorithm,and mainly studies how to reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm.Firstly,the Keystone and frequency domain compensation methods for correcting RM,and the FRFT and Dechirp methods for compensating DFM are analyzed.Then based on the Keystone algorithm,the velocity ambiguity compensation method is proposed.This algorithm can be used for high-speed maneuvering target detection of most narrowband radars(the coherent accumulation number is less than the ratio of carrier frequency to bandwidth),and can be combined with Radon Transform correcting RM quickly;For the problem of excessive speed search in the frequency domain compensation method and acceleration in the Dechirp method,the maximum interval of speed and acceleration is discussed,which can reduce the complexity of these two algorithms.At the same time,A new non-uniform ergodic search method for parameter p in the FRFT is proposed which can reduce the number of searches and complexity of the algorithm compared with the traditional uniform search method.Finally,a platform for detecting high-speed maneuvering target in the near space based on bistatic radar is established,And the above-mentioned algorithm and parameter searching method are applied to the platform.Through simulation,the feasibility of the platform is verified.
