The gas-liquid jet pump is a crude vacuum acquisition device which uses water as working fluid and ejected through the nozzle under certain pressure,and then draws and attracts the gas.The advantages of the jet pump are single mechanical structure,convenient manufacturing,low cost,stable operation and high compression ratio.The current problem of the jet pump is that the two strands of gas and liquid in the process of mixed collision in the pump will cause the loss of momentum and energy and reduce the pumping efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors affecting the gas-liquid jet pump performance and improve the efficiency of the jet pump.Based on the research of jet pump and gas-liquid two-phase flow,the working mechanism of water jet pump is analyzed.The influence of different structural parameters of jet pump on the performance of jet pump was studied by CFD numerical simulation.Based on ANSYS Workbench platform and Design Xplorer,this paper studies the synergistic effects of multiple factors on goals in which making up for the lack of single factor effects on goals in the past.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)The numerical analysis method of gas-liquid two phase flow is briefly introduced,and some related turbulence models,control equations and FLUENT solver are analyzed.(2)To establish two-dimensional geometry model of gas-liquid jet pump according to the related literature,and mesh of the Euler Euler model for numerical analysis,and compared the data and experimental data obtained by simulation CFD,verify the validity of the numerical simulation,the simulation of image analysis.(3)Through numerical simulation,the influence of the single structure parameters of the jet pump on the flow performance and pumping characteristics of the jet pump is studied.The structural parameters of this paper are as follows:①NXP②Area Ratio③Length-diameter Ratio(4)ANSYS based on Workbench 15.0 platform,using Design Xplorer(DX)optimization design module,effects of multiple factors on the target collaboration,make up for past only consider the influence of single factor on the lack of goals;first determine the throat mouth distance and area ratio and length to diameter ratio calculation,and set the 15 structural parameters design,using Monte Carlo technology the curves,design parameters and structure optimization,search the objective function extremum,realize the optimization of structure parameters of gas-liquid jet pump.Sensitivity analysis was carried out through the influence of the structure parameters on the performance of the primary and secondary gas,to find out the relationship between the different structural parameters on the influence of the.The research work shows that three structural parameters,NXP,area ratio and length-diameter Ratio,all have certain influence on the performance of jet pump,and there are the best range of throat to mouth,area ratio and aspect ratio.The optimum range of the throat distance is 1.5~2 nozzle diameter,and the optimum range of area ratio is 4~6.25,and the optimum range of length diameter ratio is 6~12.Through the sensitivity analysis of the design variables to the objective function,it is known that the area ratio has a more significant influence on the ejection gas flow in the whole parameter variation range,and plays a major role in the influence of the ejection gas flow rate.
