| The axle housing of the automobile drive axle is not only the component of the external force,but also the part of the conduction force.It is the shell of the main reducer,the differential and the driving wheel.When the vehicle is running,the axle housing is subjected to complex and heavy loads,and the axle housing must have enough strength and stiffness under the dynamic and static load,reasonable fatigue life and certain reliability.With the super computer upgrade and CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)technology is improving,engineers by using the finite element software and fatigue analysis software,can be calculated easily on the bridge shell strength stiffness and fatigue life,significantly shortening the development time of vehicle.Taking 457 drive axle as the research object,the static and dynamic analysis,fatigue life prediction and reliability analysis are carried out.Specific research content has the following points:(1)In this paper,the 457 drive axle is taken as the research object,and the 3dimension modeling is carried out by Pro/E.Through the model simplification,mesh segmentation,unit selection,load parameters and other steps are applied,several typical conditions on the drive axle of the ANSYS finite element software static analysis.The drive axle housing of different cases of analytical calculation,obtained in the drive axle under different conditions of stress and the maximum stress position and force;and then using the ANSYS numerical analysis for the different working conditions of the drive axle housing,the stress and displacement distribution,and compared with Xu stress results and the corresponding material,found in different conditions,the maximum allowable axle should use deformation stress and make the force and displacement are less than the material,verify the different working conditions meet requirements.The vibration modal analysis and random vibration analysis and dynamic analysis of the drive axle housing by ANSYS,are bridge shell in the free modal.(2)The modal analysis and random vibration analysis of the axle housing are carried out by using ANSYS,and the first six natural frequencies and modes of the axle housing are obtained.The results show that the bridge shell does not produce resonance,and the stress(3)Through the study of frequency domain life analysis method,the fatigue life of the bridge shell is calculated according to the results of random vibration analysis and combined with the Dirlik model.(4)Finally,the reliability analysis of the axle housing is carried out under the condition of the random load of the vehicle combined with the finite element method and the dynamic stress intensity interference model,calculation of its reliability. |
