In the field of low speed and large torque transmission,such as petrochemical,mining and lifting hoisting.The driving mode of the traditional asynchronous motor and multi-stage reduction gearbox is not suitable for the current development demand due to its complicated structure and low efficiency.As an alternative to traditional driving mode,the low speed high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSHT-PMSM)drive system leads the development direction of this field.At present,the design method of LSHT-PMSM is not mature.There are many bottlenecks in the design process,In this paper,the design method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and the main dimension formula are analyzed in detail,and the detailed steps of the design of LSHT-PMSM are put forward on this basis.And according to the general design principle of permanent magnet motor(PM)and the electromagnetic performance analysis preliminary design the rated speed is 82rpm,rated power of 300kW,the rated working voltage of 380V groove score,the rotor structure of "one word" built-in LSHT-PMSM.Combination Rmxprt software analyzes the stator slot width,air-gap length and each slot stator conductor several important parameters affect the performance of the motor,such as size,shape,and to the permanent magnets put optimization design,such as motor increase with the decrease of axial distance and the thickness of the magnet steel straight axis reactance,enhance motor ability weak magnetic expansion speed.After the preliminary design tocomplete motor,this paper combined with Ansys software Maxwell 2 d module adopts a key way of import motor finite element analysis model is established,based on magnetic circuit finite element calculation method of design scheme of motor,Analyzed the rated motor no-load magnetic field distribution and its running state,and the no-load air-gap flux density and light back emf FFT decomposition,analysis of causes of harmonic to motor cogging torque are analyzed at the same time,adopt the method of stator chute to effectively restrain the cogging torque.According to the calculation results,the motor design scheme was adjusted and the magnetic field distribution and operation performance were optimized.Finally,the article to save permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet put space,improve the air gap flux density and back emf waveform sine into a purpose,and in the original "one word" on the basis of the design of permanent magnet motor,adopting a v-shaped structure instead of the original "one word" permanent magnet rotor structure.For the particularity of V type permanent magnet structure,this paper adopts the rotor magnet steel auxiliary slot and uneven air gap structure optimization design method,and has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the simulation,the results show that the rotor structure of motor with high torque output capacity,high utilization rate of permanent magnets,the advantages of small torque ripple.And in contrast with "one word" rotor structure schemes,v-shaped structure used in the design of LSHT-PMSM the advantages of LSHT-PMSM rotor structure optimization is of certain reference significance.
