On February 28,2017,Shougang Group and the State Sports General Administration signed the "Framework Agreement on Cooperation for Preparing for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and Building a National Sports Industry Demonstration Zone" in Beijing,which jointly promote the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games and the construction of national sports industry demonstration area.In order to ensure the preparation and preparation of the Winter Olympic Games in 2022,Shougang Group makes use of the high level of the old factory building to build the national team training site,that is,the project of the Shougang winter sports training center,which guarantees short track speed skating,figure skating,Curling,ice hockey and other 11 national team 45 item training needs.Taking the construction project of Shougang Winter Sports Training Center as a case study,this paper discusses the application of the project progress management theory and method in the construction of the project from the point of the project progress and control.This paper introduces the background and significance of the construction project of Shougang Winter Sports Training Center,expounds the related theories of the project schedule plan and control,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the main construction contents of the project and the key factors that affect the progress of the project.The contents of the project organization structure,work breakdown,and responsibility distribution are determined.On the basis of taking into full consideration the importance and urgency of the project,use the network diagram to formulate the project progress plan and determine the "key line".In the process of implementation,the earned value method and progress front line are used for progress control and PDCA management.The reasons for the deviation are analyzed in time,and the optimization suggestions are put forward and effectively improved and adjusted to ensure the smooth progress of the construction project of the Shougang Winter Sports Training Center.This paper mainly studies the application of modern project schedule management theory and methods in the old industrial reconstruction project projects,and draws up an optimization project schedule based on the characteristics of the old factory building renovation projects,the importance and urgency of the projects,and the various problems encountered in the implementation.The schedule control measures are feasible and effective,adjust the deviation in time,and basically achieve the pre-determined construction target.This research will provide guidance and reference for the practice of the progress management of the new Shougang Park.
