With the increase of new energy demand,the wind turbine industry is developing rapidly,and the length of wind turbine blades is also increasing.Under different wind conditions,the vibration of wind turbine blade is an important problem that perplexes the development of wind power industry.At present,researches at home and abroad mainly focus on micro insert technology,trailing edge flap and active torsion technology to reduce the impact of blade vibration.At present,the trailing edge flap is one of the most feasible devices,but there is little research on the driving mechanism of the trailing edge flap of the wind turbine blade.This paper mainly focuses on the design of the trailing edge flap driven by piezoelectric actuator,designs the structural model of the flap,makes the principle analysis,selects the piezoelectric actuator,designs the control system of the flap,and finally through the thermal elastic simulation test.(1)The design idea of the intelligent flap is analyzed,and the local multi leaf element idea is used to design the intelligent flap of the wind turbine.The local multi leaf element design can reduce the dynamic load by changing the aerodynamic performance of the blade itself through the additional structure.(2)A simple model of piezoelectric flap is designed,and the selection of piezoelectric actuator is analyzed and compared.The principle of piezoelectric flap is analyzed.In order to obtain a larger displacement of flap,macro fiber composite(MFC)intelligent material is used as the driver,and cantilever structure is used.Four layers of MFC intelligent material are laid symmetrically up and down in steps.In order to achieve a larger driving displacement,and use the lever principle to enlarge the displacement of flap deflection.(3)With the help of ANSYS Workbench software,the simulation analysis of MFC driving flap is carried out by using the thermoelastic analogy method.The displacement of the driving flap is simulated when the voltage is applied to the flap without wind resistance.(4)The control system of the intelligent piezoelectric flap is designed.The wind speed sensor is connected to the PLC control system.The control system controls the piezoelectric fiber drive controller by collecting the wind speed sensor signal,so as to realize the control of the driving voltage,complete the active control of flap deformation,and achieve the control of the wind turbine trailing edge flap.
