Complete Integration Design Strategy Research

At present,the research on streets in the theoretical system of urban micro-renewal focuses on spatial pattern,style control,customer group demand and other aspects,but there is a lack of research on the integration and integrated design of various elements in street space.At the level of road construction,various elements of road space are managed by different functional departments,which lack unified planning and management.This thesis hopes to carry out research from both technical dimension and management dimension,explore the establishment of a unified management framework,integrate various departments,formulate the "C Complete Factor " design strategy,and implement the whole process of block micro-renewal.Through the study of the strategy of " Complete Factor Integration ",the implementable "Guideline of The North Bund’s Total Factor Micro-Renewal Design" is explored theoretically.At the practical level,we should build a new neighborhood environment that is people-oriented and sharing multiple elements.Through the practice of the Micro-renewal project of North Bund Street,it provides a lot of valuable construction and management experience for the study of the renewal strategy of " Complete Factor ",and provides a new direction for the discussion of the urban fine management mode.The research results will be applied in the future urban micro-renewal practice.After the first phase construction of the old blocks in the North Bund area with the concept of "Complete Factor ",the street features gradually become unified and harmonious,and the street space becomes more open and orderly.The design integrates multiple debris Spaces and transforms them into public green space.A variety of sharing facilities will be arranged along the street to promote outdoor activities of residents;Flexible use of street space to promote the vitality of the street city.Through comprehensive investigation,design and implementation,this thesis analyzes and summarizes three conclusions:(1)Each interface of street space is analyzed,and summarizes the implementation content of the strategy of "total element integration",including seven major elements of municipal facilities,building facade,road space,urban furniture,green planting,pavement design and landscape lighting.(2)Formulate the design strategy of " Complete Factor Integration " to manage the street space in a refined way.(3)Construct the management mode of joint working group,change the single construction of a single department in the past,and upgrade it to a department-led joint working group with multi-departments.The " Complete Factor Integration " design strategy focuses on the interests and participation of all stakeholders.The " Complete Factor Integration " design strategy guides the construction process in an overall and orderly way--overall planning,implement by step and orderly promotion.
