Launch of new car model is not just an important way to win the market and profit for automobile enterprises,but also reflects the comprehensive strength of enterprises in the fields of brand,R&D,production and channels.This paper takes the marketing strategy of launching new car model for brand L as the research object,and analyzes and compares the key factors that influence the launch of new car model.In terms of content,starting from the formulation of marketing strategy,this paper gives a detailed description and analysis of the whole marketing process of automobile enterprises,and studies the strategy adjustment and effect of enterprises facing the Macro and Micro environmental changes.This paper studies the marketing case of brand L from the perspective of overall strategy and also in a dynamic view,it has both theory expounded and practical observation,as well as authoritative data and comments of the industry.This paper attempts to demonstrate the formulation,adjustment process and result of whole marketing strategy from multiple perspectives,and also it summarizes the relevant characteristics of China’s automobile market through the case comparison and the reference of existing theories for providing important inspiration for the marketing and even the research and development of new model in the future.Furthermore,the case in this paper has a comprehensive and objective description and analysis of the E-commerce mode adopted in the marketing practice of new model of brand L,it helps researchers to conduct in-depth research on big data,automobile E-commerce mode and related subjects of automobile marketing model.
