| Concrete,as an important material in engineering construction,is very important to strengthen its inspection to ensure the safety of the project.Based on the basic theory of ultrasonic detection and concrete damage, this paper uses ultrasonic detection technology to detect concrete specimens with different aggregate size and additives, and probes into the variation law of concrete wave velocity under the condition of different dry and wet cycle times and single axis compression after dry and wet cycle,in order to determine the damage degree of concrete. In this paper, digital signal processing technology is used to analyze and process the sensor signal when ultrasonic testing of different hydraulic concrete specimens is carried out.To sum up,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The ultrasonic detection principle of concrete and the mechanism of damage cracking are analyzed and summarized in depth, which provides theoretical support for the formulation of the later test scheme and the analysis of the results.(2)The test instrument and equipment and the test scheme are introduced, and the test is carried out successfully.First of all,the increase of the number of dry and wet cycle to make it damage, through the change of wave velocity to judge the sensitivity of different concrete to the number of dry and wet cycle, and then through the graded loading of concrete,to determine the compressive strength of each group of concrete,at the same time to carry out ultrasonic test.(3)The test is completed and the data results are collated and analyzed, and it is concluded that the silica powder concrete is not only able to reduce the deterioration of concrete under the condition of dry and wet cycle, but also can improve the strength of concrete. The change trend of the wave velocity of silica powder concrete is consistent with that of ordinary concrete under the condition of load. |
