| With the rapid development of urban economy and the acceleration of urbanization construction,the demand for urban road traffic in China has also increased rapidly.The contradiction between urban transportation development and limited urban resources has become increasingly prominent.The contradiction between urban transportation demand and supply has been increasing,leading to cities.Traffic congestion,exhaust pollution,traffic accidents and other problems are becoming more and more serious,seriously affecting urban functions,reducing the satisfaction of urban residents on life and travel.Congestion has become a topic of complaints of the general public.In the new era,solving the problem of traffic congestion has become the people’s longing for a better life.In this context,this paper takes the traffic congestion in Yubei District of Chongqing as the research object,and obtains the traffic operation information and useful information of the traffic situation in Chongqing Yubei District through the research status at home and abroad,field research,and statistical data and civil engineering data collection and analysis.Based on reading relevant literature and understanding the methods of solving traffic congestion at home and abroad,this paper deeply considers and studies the traffic congestion problem in Chongqing’s Weibei urban area,and then proposes countermeasures to improve traffic congestion in Chongqing’s Weibei urban area.First of all,this paper expounds the significance of big data in the process of slow blocking and blocking.It uses big data to analyze the current situation of slow blockage and blocking in Weibei District,and combines big data and traffic management for the future development trend of traffic management.Big data explores the causes of traffic congestion in the road traffic in the Yubei District,grasps the formation principle and evolution trend of urban traffic congestion,and paves the way for the subsequent chapters.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of urban traffic congestion at home and abroad,combines the characteristics of traffic congestion in Yubei District of Chongqing,and uses the big data technology to obtain the data of corresponding traffic congestion indicators,and establishes the evaluation index of urban traffic congestion level through data analysis.system.The system takes the urban traffic congestion level as the target layer(the first layer),the intersection index,the road segment index and the regional indicator as the criterion layer(the second layer),and the third layer corresponds to the intersection,the road segment and the region in the criterion layer respectively.Five specific indicators.For this index system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the relative importance of the indicator layer of the third layer,that is,the calculation of the weight.On this basis,the paper introduces the neural network evaluation method,the gray comprehensive evaluation method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.All three methods can diagnose the urban traffic congestion level,but the neural network evaluation tends to warn the future traffic congestion level;the gray comprehensive evaluation method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are both ones that quantify the qualitative indicators.A kind of subjective evaluation method,because the gray prediction method has a large amount of calculation,this paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to diagnose the urban traffic congestion level.Finally,this paper studies the urban traffic congestion level diagnosis with the intersection of Green Dream Roundabout,Songshi Road Section and Shuangfeng Bridge Area in Chongqing’s Yubei District as the representative of intersections,sections and areas.The numerical results show that the traffic congestion levels of the Green Dream Roundabout,Songshi Avenue and Shuangfeng Bridge are close to the congestion level,which is consistent with the factual traffic operation.In this regard,according to the impact of various indicators of traffic congestion index on traffic congestion,this paper proposes the overall plan and improvement suggestions for slow blocking and blocking from the big data level,traffic optimization organization level,government level,traffic construction and planning level,in order to improve Chongqing.The smooth flow of traffic in the Yubei District of the city provides a certain reference. |
