| Overhead transmission line galloping is one of the most serious consequences of disasters caused by natural climate and weather factors,which is mainly caused by the unbalanced air flow in nature.The galloping of transmission lines will cause various problems such as collision,breakage,fire and burn,and tower collapse of the wires,which will lead to power outages in many areas,cause incalculable economic losses and difficulties for residents.Therefore,the design and application of anti-galloping device for EHV transmission line are proposed in this paper,which will contribute to the stable development of power grid.The main design contents are as follows:(1)The analysis of a large number of actual operation data shows that the wire icing is a necessary condition for the transmission line galloping.The wind flow is the direct cause of the transmission line galloping,and the larger the angle between the wind direction and the line direction,the more serious the line gallops.The wind speed between 5m/s and 10m/s can easily cause line galloping.Line parameters are the intrinsic factors of the galloping,and the large cross-section and multi-splitting conductors are prone to line galloping.(2)The mechanism of galloping on transmission lines was studied,and the conditions of galloping under different galloping mechanisms were established.(3)By comparing and analyzing the current disturbance anti-galloping device,detuned pendulum,centralized anti-vibration hammer,inter-phase spacer rod,double pendulum anti-galloping device,integral eccentric weight hammer and wire clamp rotary spacer rod,the selection and installation principles of anti-galloping device are determined.Combining with the management experience of operation and maintenance department,proposed the installation of overhead transmission line condition monitoring devices,expounding the system composition and site layout principles,,which has obvious effect on preventing potential safety hazards of power grid.For the overhaul project of 750 kV Wuda No.1 and No.2 line of anti-icing galloping and the comprehensive control project of wind damage of 750 kilovolt Qintang No.1 line,the galloping design problem of overhead line engineering is solved from the perspective of avoidance,suppression and treatment.According to route selection,meteorological condition investigation,breeze vibration and anti-secondary oscillations proposed reasonable anti-galloping measures,and put forward feasible suggestions for the design of anti-galloping of new transmission lines. |
