With the rapid development of social economy and the strong support of national and local policy laws,the inland river cruise tourism industry in Chongqing has shown a rapid growth in recent years.At the same time,due to the convenient advantages brought by the transportation of high-speed rail,highway and air traffic,it has gradually stepped down from the stage of history,for the waterways passengers transportation which used to be the main means of transportation for the people,however,it is going to translate to water tourism and leisure correspondingly.At present,for the passenger terminals that have been built in the past,they mainly provide services for luxury cruise ships,such as passengers boarding and disembarking,supplies and so on.As a water and land connection point in cruise tourism,the operation of the collecting and distributing system of the passenger terminal has greatly affected the experience and personal safety of tourists.Because Chongqing is located in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region,the difference of water height in some river sections can reach 30 meters during the year,so it has always been a problem to know how to build a safe and humanized collecting and distributing system for the passenger terminal.Taking Fengdu Passenger Terminal Reconstruction Project as the actual research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the current status and collecting and distributing system to this passenger terminal and other same type passenger terminals of Chongqing.It has been found that the collecting and distributing system of “floating trestle + pedestrian stairway” currently used in the main passenger terminals with large water height difference in our city,it has a long history,with the advantages of small investment and simple structure,it can satisfy the functions of passengers boarding and disembarking,supplies and so on.However,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the collecting and distributing system has obviously failed to meet the requirements of tourism and leisure.Especially in the low water height,the cumulative silting of the river will cause that the cruise ship cannot be berthed near the shore,thereby visitors have to walk through the longer slopes and floating bridges,suffering between the shores.It is much poor for convenience,comfort and visitor experience,and there are certain security risks.Aiming at creating barrier-free ship-to-shore transportation channels and establishing a safe,convenient and comfortable collecting and distributing system,enhancing the tourist experience and promoting the cruise tourism economy development,this paper combines the actual situation of the water height,water flow and topography of the river section of the Fengdu Passenger Terminal Reconstruction Project,it proposes a design proposal,that is the collecting and distributing system of "floating trestle + vertical elevator + horizontal collecting platform",to adapt to the cumulative siltation of the river channel and the large water height difference of 30 meters.In addition,this paper analyzes the important aspects of vertical underwater elevators and operations in the design of new collecting and distributing system.It also statistically analyzes the application cases of underwater elevators at home and abroad.The research shows that the Fengdu Passenger Terminal Reconstruction Project is feasible to adopt this collection and distribution system,which provides technical support for the construction of the project.Meanwhile,it can provide new ideas for the construction of the collecting and distributing system of passenger terminals in other inland rivers with high water height. |
