| As an important bridge construction technology,short line matching method has been widely used in bridge engineering projects in recent years.Due to the high precision requirements of the technology,and the inevitable production and manufacturing errors in the construction process,therefore,in order to prevent each segmental box girder prefabrication process,the errors generated in the subsequent assembly process continue to accumulate and cause greater deviation,it must be strictly controlled.In view of the previous studies,more attention has been paid to the correction algorithm,and the research on the factors that cause errors in the prefabrication process,either with a stroke,simply mentioned,or simulated by the finite element method.There are few empirical studies based on a large number of data recorded in actual engineering.Therefore,based on the rapid engineering of the Fourth Ring Road and Dahe road in Zhengzhou City,this paper focuses on the main factors of error in the prefabrication stage of segmental box girder with short-term matching method,and the correlation between each factor and error generation,with the measured data of6624 segmental box girders produced by guxing town beam yard.Finally,the paper gives the corresponding error control suggestions to ensure that the error control is within the allowable range of the specification,so as to realize the high-precision and high-quality production of segmental box girder.The main content of the short line segmental box girder in the prefabrication stage is to correct the deviation and control the error,so as to ensure that the three-dimensional linear attitude of the girder body can reach the established design value as far as possible and prevent the large fluctuation of the error.In order to explore the methods of scientific control error,the main research contents and methods of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with engineering practice and literature review,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the production and construction technology of segmental precast box girder with short line matching method,which provides a basis for exploring the factors causing errors.(2)Because the production of segmental prefabricated box girder with short line matching method requires high precision,this paper studies the control of alignment in the construction process,analyzes the method and principle of line control,so as to clarify the measurement mechanism of measurement data.(3)Based on a large number of measured high-precision data of segmental precast box girder,this paper uses the method of Spearman correlation analysis to analyze the factors of error,and obtains the correlation of each factor.Finally,some suggestions are given to control the errors and provide management experience for the high-precision and high-quality production and construction of similar projects. |
