Abstract/Summary:
Now we need to labeling the inner bottom of the cover-cap carton during the production process.As there is no labeling machine in the market that is suitable for this labelingdemand,this work is done manually.In this paper,the data and technology of labeling machine are studied,and the overall scheme of labeling machine is designed according to the characteristics of the cover-cap box.The labeling machine is designed to operate at a maximum speed of 40 pcs/min,the maximum label size that can be supported is 170mm x 100mm and the minimum size is 155mm×85mm.The overall scheme divides the labeling machine into five parts:label deliver mechanism,labeling mechanism,gluing mechanism,carton conveying mechanism,support mechanism.According to the overall scheme,we established the virtual prototype of the labeling machine by using three-dimensional CAD software SolidWorks;Then the scheme is simulated by the virtual simulation software Irai,and the scheme is optimized according to the simulation results;Finally,we choose Mitsubishi FX2N PLC as the control center of the labeling machine and compiled the logic control program of the PLC.This labeling machine is a special labeling machine which is suitable for labeling on the inner bottom of the carton.It is designed according to the actual needs of the enterprise.In addition,the scheme can be modified to generate the labeling machine that suitable to label other kinds of cover-cap carton.In the design process of labeling machine,we use the virtual prototype technology,virtual simulation aided design and other digital design methods.The appearance of this labeling machine fills the blank that the labeling machine which can labeling the inner of the container.After being put into use,the machine has the realistic function of increasing production efficiency and saving expenditure in the practice of factory production.
