With the rapid development of modern satellite industry,more and more satellites are being launched into space.Usually sun sensors are equipped in the satellite,because sun is a star that is uniform in energy and works stably.In this paper an automatic test system for sun sensor has been developed so as to improve the product test coverage and efficiency.The automatic test system is divided into three subsystems: the optical system,the mechanical system and the electronic subsystem.In order to get a uniform and stable light source,the tungsten halogen light and a coaxial optical system are used in solar simulator which is a part of optical system.Two-dimensional turntable which adopts servo motor and encoder scheme achieves absolute control accuracy of 0.02 degrees.The electronic system of the automatic test system is composed of a solar simulator energy compensation box and the software system.The energy compensation box is used to compensate the solar simulator energy whose output energy is 1/50 of sun energy to real solar energy.It will compensate the output of the sun sensor.The software system which controls each parts of the system is the core of the whole system.In this work,a modified algorithm considering the fact of random processing error and space radiation resistant glass is proposed and enhanced accuracy sun sensor is obtained.At last,comparing the manual system with the automatic test system,it has shown that the efficiency of the automatic system has been increased by 500%. |
