| With the first successful logoff of “large aircraft” C919,Chinese are boiling because our country can finally develop and design the “large aircraft” independently.But as early in 2011,the More Electric Aircraft(MEA)Boeing 787 has been put into operation,which passenger capacity is almost twice as the C919.As the current most advanced large aircraft and hotspot of research in recent years,MEA is the next step in China’s large aircraft project.To supplement the lack of research on MEA Electrical Power System(EPS)domestic,the overseas and domestic research status is summarized.Taking the presently typical MEA model of Boeing 787 as an example,the integrated structure of EPS is firstly illustrated and the operating principles are theorized in detail.The key components of the MEA EPS including generators,rectifiers,loads,breakers,control devices,cables and other supplementary elements are then simulated to build a comprehensive MEA EPS model on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink.Compared to the current aircraft power characteristic standard,the applicability of model is verified.To make up for the domestic research on the security analysis MEA EPS,an applicable security analysis method for the MEA EPS has been put forward,which is combined with the characteristics of MEA EPS and land power system static security analysis method.Finally,the security analysis method and security control strategy are been demonstrated during a generator fault condition using the proposed comprehensive MEA EPS model.This study is a basic analysis research about the MEA EPS and it’s the foundation of the further research,for example,the safety and reliability evaluation.The study is of great significance for us to understand the operation principle,analysis the control modes and study the advanced characteristics of MEA EPS.It’s also very important to eliminate foreign technology dependence and break the foreign technology monopoly,for designing and developing our own “More Electric Aircraft” in the future. |
