Abstract/Summary:
Customer information feedback is an effective way for enterprises to improve economic efficiency.The timely collection and analysis of the latest customer feedback can timely discover the business opportunities of the enterprise.Enterprise in the operation and development of the process of timely and comprehensive information collation and analysis of customer information,to understand and grasp the customer demand,to grasp the operation opportunity,promote more smooth realization of operating income.The customer information is the wealth of the enterprise,research the customer’s purchase preference,purchase behavior decision,Providing targeted products and services to customers is becoming more and more concerned by enterprises.Though the statistics of customer information,sorting,analysis,applying the results to make the next step of enterprise sales,services,and new product development strategy,make the enterprise products are more and more close to the customer,make the enterprise in the fierce market environment for the survival and development.It can be seen that in customer marketing activities,customer information is an important resource and intangible asset of the enterprise,which is the market opportunity of the enterprise.Whether the enterprise can survive and develop in the rapidly changing customer competition depends greatly on the change of customer information and customer preference.This paper analyzes the strategic adjustment of W company in the current market environment.In response to the company’s excellent customer service strategy,the customer service department of W company has also proposed the transformation from the service center to the value center.In this context,currently,the operation department of W company customer service center and the management service center organizational structure and process cannot match the current strategic requirements.In view of the problems arising from the customer feedback,based on the operation management,process management,the personnel organization structure management and value management theory research,I used a structured problem decomposition attribution analysis method,the problem of attribution,eliminates the non-critical problems,focusing on the key problems to solve,the internal organizational structure,customer information feedback process is analyzed and designed.To timely deliver customer information and questions,and provide the basis for the company’s decision-making to adapt to the company’s strategic changes.
