In the traditional booster pump station,an indisputable fact is that the electric cost of the machine pump equipment has accounted for 1/3 of the production and operation cost of the water supply enterprise.The social and economic benefit of booster pumping station is seriously restricted by the low automation of pump station.The energy-saving technology is produced,energy consumption per unit is reduced,the automatic management of pump station is improved,which is an important task for water supply industry.Induction motor variable frequency speed control driving system has been widely used in the city of booster pump station,due to its high efficiency,energy saving,and stable performance.Its energy-saving in long-term running status is very significant,and it has very obvious technical advantage.At the same time,which will be ignored,the safe and stable operation of pump station operation has played a decisive role on the whole city.With the development of related technologies,the booster pump station in cities has been transforming to the direction of energy saving,automation and unmanned.QINGCAOSHA reservoir is an important water source in Shanghai,responsible for 70% of the raw water supply in the city.Besides,a bridge has been set up between water source and the waterworks by the raw water pumping station.The security of urban water supply was protected in order by scientific and reasonable water regulation of raw water-dispatching center.Based on the above consideration,this paper is written for the QINGCAOSHA reservoir booster pump station,proposed USES the advanced induction motor variable frequency speed regulation technology,design and implement of booster pump station,frequency control of motor speed control system is designed to reduce operation cost,improve the automation of pump station,reduce the numbers of operators and improve the stability of the water supply pump station.The main research and innovation of the paper as follows:The running mode of pumping station is further discussed energy-saving optimization and the pumping station integrated automation design and the realization of the function of system.1.The water pump station machine design scheme of the pump variable frequency speed regulation system is formulated on the basis that the urban booster pump station frequency control operation mode has been discussed,and the throttling adjustment and pump variable speed adjustment of the differences and relations is analyzed.2.The working principle of the asynchronous motor frequency control of motor speed is analyzed,the water pump efficiency,converter efficiency and total system efficiency is calculated on the foundation of water pumping station pumps actual operation data,and after the pump station running mode is further discussed,which can be concluded is that the single pump operation mode of the single pipe is the most energy saving,the energy saving rate is 14.6%;3.The water pump of pump and space vector pulse width modulation algorithm and direct torque control strategy is designed,and by using the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform and the simulation analysis in detail,the results for late concrete implementation has played a guiding role;4.The water pump station was designed and implemented,PLC,frequency converter control system implements the PLC to control the machine stop and speed control of pump operation,by monitoring the data of pump running parameters of the machine,and finished pumping station automation operation,sensor monitoring data is consistent with the field data,achieved the desired design goal.
