With the rapidly development of automobile industry,the problem of environmental pollution and the lack of petroleum resources become more and more serious.Promoting and advancing energy saving and new energy automobile industry for solution can effectively reduce the consumption of petroleum resources,meanwhile leading a emission reduction.Hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles,as the typical representatives of the new energy vehicles,are one of the focuses of automobile industry?s development in technology globally.In this paper,we research on a novel four-mode hybrid vehicles and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,we introduce the current status of the development of hybrid system at home and aboard,detail the technology roadmap of various hybrid system and the pros and cons between them.According to the demand of developing hybrid system,we outline the hybrid system simulation and vehicle control strategy.Secondly,we discuss the vehicle control strategy of hybrid bus,and secondary establish a simulation mode of four-mode hybrid bus in the environment of ADVISOR.Thirdly,according to the vehicle dynamic performance requirements,the parameters of hybrid powertrain components are analysed and theoretically calculated,so as to selecting the dynamic system components initially.Thus,the influence of powertrain system?s parameters on vehicle performance is researched and the system?s parameters are optimized by the method of orthogonal analysis.Finally,we set up a bench test system,develop a test method for vehicle dynamics and fuel consumption,and compare ISG hybrid system with the conventional diesel vehicles in this test.Optimizing the initial parameters of hybrid system by orthogonal analysis,fuel consumption can be reduced to 22.6/100 km.the actual measurement shows that four-mode hybrid system is better than ISG hybrid system in vehicle dynamic,and there is still room for improvement of fuel consumption.
