| This topic comes from prefabricated construction technology research and development center in Hebei province.Steel concrete special-shaped columns contain more steel.Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete columns,the section bearing capacity will be much higher,and it can absorb a large amount of energy before destruction,so it has the advantage of good seismic performance.But as a result of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column section with various forms and with steel reinforced concrete cross section is large,many problems still need to be studied.The bonding force between steel and concrete is much smaller than that between steel and concrete,which results in more complex failure forms.At present,the steel-reinforced special-shaped column structure follows the steps of industrialization to carry out the research of the assembled steel-reinforced special-shaped column.Among them,the research of the steel-reinforced special-shaped column suitable for the assembled building is a crucial step for the whole building system.In this paper,based on the existing steel reinforced special-shaped column structure,construction technology and the theoretical calculation study,put forward a new type of steel,channel steel composite L steel reinforced special-shaped column,from pouring concrete volume,inclined to make new changes on support and application.Which of two reinforced concrete special-shaped columns and 7 pillar of new steel bone abnormity two-way large and small bias test,observation of crack,deflection changes during the process of test,load and strain and the failure pattern,analyzing the crack load and deflection of specimen deformation,yield load and ultimate load index,according to the test results show that the steel reinforced concrete member is the inclined section of reinforced concrete components cracking load increased by 39.86% on average,limit load average increase nearly 33.96%;It is concluded that the new steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns whose eccentric compression performance is much better than the ordinary special-shaped columns,steel and concrete can work together.At the same time,based on the analysis of the mechanical properties and deformation conditions,the use of the existing steel reinforced rectangular column load and cross section of simplified calculation theory and related theory of new steel bone special-shaped columns through theoretical calculation,To complete the L shaped steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column section and load to simplify,will be rectangular cross section to simplify,to simplify the load for one-way bias,then carries on the normal section bearing capacity calculation,and comparing with the test results,the error of 1.10 times the error of the ideal results are obtained.Finally,based on existing prefabricated building construction technology of prefabricated steel reinforced special-shaped column node design,and puts forward instructional analysis for its construction technology,make the proposed practical engineering significance to the steel reinforced special-shaped columns. |
