| The thermal battery is a disposable battery that uses molten salt as an electrolyte and activation through thermal activation,its advantages such as high specific energy,specific power,discharge with high-power,wide operating temperature range,and long storage time,etc.As an ideal power source,it is widely used in military,industrial and other fields.The traditional performance test of thermal battery requires multiple instruments to cooperate,and at the same time,it is necessary to debugging,connecting,reading and recording by human,this process is not only tedious but also has security risks.Therefore,it is important to design a thermal battery parameter automatic test system by computer-controlled.This paper analyzes the existing model of battery resistance,and then establishes the PNGV model of internal resistance and the equivalent insulation resistance model,the internal resistance and insulation resistance are measured by AC injection and series connection respectively,and the automatic testing system of thermal battery resistance is designed.Then the solution of small signal extraction technology and high voltage source design technology are analyzed.A test hardware circuit is designed according to the requirements of the tester,including preamplifier and filter compensation module,low-frequency AC signal source module,phase-locked amplification module,DC high-voltage source module,A/D sampling module,FPGA configuration module,data communication module,etc.A test software based on LabVIEW platform is designed,which includes self checking function of tester,data read function,data-display function.Finally,a test platform was set up to test the performance of the test system,and the errors in the test are processed.The results showed that the test accuracy of the internal resistance and insulation resistance of the thermal battery meet the design requirements,the test system has a friendly man-machine interface,verifies the reliability of the overall system performance. |
