With the development of automobile industry,requirements for the quality of auto shift of the people are higher and higher.Shift quality evaluation involves the driver’s subjective feeling,such as shift force,feel,comfort and so on.Shift performance is the deeper reasons that influence the driver’s subjective feeling the,thus studing the transmission shift performance is very important.This article mainly studies the influence of different parameters on the transmission performance in shift system through the establishment of mechanical transmission synchronizer by virtual prototype.First of all,this thesis focus on the mechanics and kinematics analysis and establishe the gearshift and connecting mechanism of force and motion model with the mechanical transmission shift operating mechanism respectively under the selection and shift operation.In this paper,the synchronous process of synchronizer is divided into seven stages,and we analyze the characteristics of forming locking conditions.The synchronization process of synchronizer and input parameters are analyzed in theory.Providing a theoretical basis for the following the establishment of simulation model and analysis.Second,we use SolidWorks software to establish the various components of the synchronizer and complete synchronizer assembly model.The virtual prototype model of synchronizer are established through the data exchange interface of ADAMS software.We use the MATLAB software to establish shift control model of operating mechanism,and realise the joint simulation with the virtual prototype of data exchange.Then,the simulation model are built on the basis of virtual prototype model and further analysis the main factors that influence the characters of mechanical transmission shift.The analysis and research of the system parameters show that the largest shift force,self-locking mechanism and locking Angle mainly affect the performance of second shift impact.Friction ring,input speed affect the performance of shift and mainly reflects on the shift time.The reasonable selection of these parameters will improve the performance of shift and these parameters play an important role.Finally,the shift impulse is the objective function based on the genetic algorithm(GA)in shift process and will be optimized by programming on the MATLAB platform.The optimized synchronizer parameter is used to establish the virtual prototype simulation according to the above modeling method.Results show that the optimized structural parameters of the synchronizer are better than before compared with before optimization simulation results.
