| As an important part of power system,distributing line have complex distribution,so it is easily breakdown.Due to the failure which happened is mostly transient fault,overhead line usually put automatic reclosing into operation.automatic reclosing significantly improve the operation stability of power grid,but due to the blindness of it action,it may amplify the influence of accident and even cause personal injury when power system occur permanent fault.so,in order to improve the operation stability,distributing line urgently need a type of intelligent fault diagnosis device.In the first place,the paper introduce some diagnostic method of line fault at present and analyze the advantage and disadvantage of these method.In allusion to the problem of these method,paper put forward a distribution lines intelligent reclosing device on the basis of high voltage detection,then introduce the fuction and theory of this device.After that,paper analyze the problem of intelligent reclosing device in four dimensions which include antijamming capability of high voltage detection signal、actuation time、measurement accuracy、safety of isolation.In order to solve these problems,paper introduce the corresponding solution:in order to enhance the antijamming capability,research group improve the power module of device,then verify its feasibility by means of ATP-EMTP;Research group analyze the change rule of line parameter when the distributing line tripped.In order to shorten the determination time of fault,research group introduce the improvement project of fault discrimination;In order to improve the measurement accuracy,research group design a function of range autohandoff which used in sensors of lines.After that,research group revise the error of zero wander and leakage current;In order to improve the operation stability of device,research group optimize the insulation of the device which include primary equipment and secondary equipment.Finally,in order to verify whether the device can correctly determining the failures、whether it measurement accuracy and actuation time getting optimizing、whether it reliability is enhanced,research group carry out impedance measurement test and short-circuit test to the intelligent reclosing device.The test results reveal that intelligent reclosing device which is modified can judge fault correctly.Device actuation time has been shortened.Device measurement accuracy has been improved.The operation stability of device has been enhanced.The development of distribution lines intelligent reclosing device remedy the disadvantage of automatic reclosing lock.If apply intelligent reclosing device to power distribution network,it can increase the stability of power grid greatly.It is very significant to the development of smart power grids. |
