The cement concrete pavement occupies an important position in heavy traffic with advantages such as high strength and good stability.But the traffic problems of overload and high flow have become increasingly prominent to premature the pavement damage.The cement concrete pavement is designed as a flexural structure of wheel load,so it is a necessary way to improve the flexural strength of cement concrete pavement.This paper tried to exploit a kind of flexural pavement cement concrete through optimizing the concrete mixing ratio,adding of mineral and polymer admixtures to improve the ability of anti-over loading based on the C35 concrete by the requirement of Shaanxi Communications Construction Mechanization Conservation.It also systematically studied the law and mechanism which effect the mechanical properties of concrete and evaluated the mechanical properties,abrasion resistance,frost resistance and economic analysis of the flexural pavement cement concrete.The results showed that: removing bad shape aggregates and structuring framework of aggregate can reduce the cement costs under ensuring the strength of concrete;adding of BSF composite powder can reduce the brittleness of concrete and may increase the flexural strength to reinforce concrete anti-overloading ability,but there is a little adverse effect on the wear resistance and compressive strength of concrete;brick powder and slag powder in the BSF can participate in the hydration reaction of cement and generate a lot of fibrous crystals which caused the improve of flexural strength and brittleness;adding of recycled asphalt mixture greatly improves the flexural strength of concrete and reduces the brittleness of concrete;trace amounts of carbon nanotubes can improve the mechanical properties,wear resistance,frost resistance and other performance of concrete.
