Abstract/Summary:
With the information technology of various fields continuous deepening,the people’s living standards continue to improve,and the demand for the use of MEP equipment,especially the intelligent demand is becoming stronger.The emergence of BIM,not only provides three digital technologies for the construction industry,but also provides a foundation of digital resources for building design,construction and building operation and maintenance.Therefore,in the field of MEP in the construction industry,the research on the automation method of MEP equipment selection and management system based on BIM becomes to be necessary.However,due to the development of BIM in the country still in its infancy and the MEP equipment room system has the characteristics of complex,narrow space and high difficulty of construction.Conventional equipment selection and management method has been unable to meet the MEP room design and management demand for BIM.To improve the efficiency of the design and construction of complex equipment room,this paper constructed the automation method of MEP equipment selection and management system based on BIM with the help of graph theory.The automation method brings real value for large-scale construction projects.The main work is summarized as follows:1.This paper analyzed and summarized BIM,the modeling method of Revit and graph theory,and constructed the MECTG model based on graph theory and the basic structural features of MEP equipment connection relationship for BIM.The MECTG model store the attribute information of mechanical equipment and pipes of describing equipment communication,so as to provide data base for the automation method’simplement of MEP equipment selection and management system based on BIM.2.The thesis extracted the attribute information of mechanical equipment and the pipes connecting equipment.Judgment whether two mechanical equipment has connecting relationships,and whether the relationship has an effective communication flows,and determine the flow of the pipeline.According to this method,the topological relation extraction algorithm of mechanical equipment was constructed.In the same time,we used the C # programming language to achieve the automatic extraction the plug of MECTG model based on Revit.3.Combining the structure characteristics of MECTG Model and the space syntax theory,the MECTG’s mechanical equipment nodes depth table(MENDT)and the adjacency matrix was constructed.At last,we analyzed the relationship between the upstream and downstream machinery equipment categories.4.Testing multiple standard BIM projects,we constructed mechanical equipment category relation count table(CRCT).Based on CRCT,up category relation probability tables(UCRPT)and downstream category relation probability tables(DCRPT)of mechanical equipment were constructed.Combined UCRPT and DCRPT,we developed functional plug of MEP equipment automated selection tips and automated detection selection reasonable based BIM.5.With a deep understanding of Revit API,The thesis extracted mechanical equipment parameter information and generated QR code;extracted mechanical equipment location information,created and exported the view of the position information;extracted the current connection between primary and secondary connection of mechanical equipment combined MECTG node depth value table.At last,this paper developed mobile terminals APP,and analyzed QR code and got the ID information corresponding to mechanical equipment.So users can obtain the parameter information,location information and spatial relationship information for mechanical equipment to realize the automated management function for MEP equipment based on BIM.The constructed method in this paper can effectively retrieve automated function of MEP equipment selection and management based on BIM and provide basic methodsupport and technique support for the construction of intelligent aided design and management platform based BIM.
