| Feeder automation(feeder automation,FA)is one of the fundamental and important parts of distribution automation(distribution automation,DA)as well as the mostdirect andeffective means to improve the reliability of power supply.Therefore,the electric power enterprise priority put feeder automation system in the implementation of the DA.Currently,voltage-time FA and centralized FA are the widely used two types of FA in the distribution network.These two types of FA troubleshooting require overtwenty seconds so thatthese can’t meet the requirements of powersupply reliability of high power supply area.However,distributed intelligent feeder troubleshooting technology does not require the master to participate in feeder troubleshooting.According to the communication between the intelligent terminal co-ordination,it can be achieved quickly identify the fault zone,fault isolation and recover the non-power range’s power.It takes only a few seconds to complete the whole process and reduces the troubleshooting time effectively,so it improves the power supplyreliability.Firstly,this paperanalyzes the common techniques of FA.Secondly,it introduces failure process,advantages and disadvantages and scope of application in detail.Finally,it summarizes theadvantages of distributed intelligent feeder troubleshooting technology.This paper focuses on distributed intelligent feeder troubleshooting technology,which includes find fault location immediately,network topology automatic recognition and protection and fast transfer of control commands.Through research,the paper puts forward using baton query method automatically identify the feeder network topology and find outthe position of the contact switch.By analyzing the various faults aboutlocation techniques,this paperproposes that use the ortho-described matrix method to determine the fault point location and the smart terminal unit to make sure switches open or close,which can isolate error as well as recover the non-power range’s power quickly.At the mean time,check contact power supply current margin toclose contact switchor not.By comparing the distributionnetwork in the application of various types of communications technology,this paper will use passive optical network communications,GOOSE(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event)command and the transport layer UDP protocol transport mechanism to ensure information transmission fast and reliably.In addition,this paperverify theversatilityofthetechnologyby analyzingthedistribution networkoccurs switch tripping multiple failures,communication failures and troubleshooting procedure in a complex network.In this paper,the distributed intelligent feeder troubleshooting technology was simulated in PSCAD platform,the simulationresultshows thatthis technology cancompletefeederfails indifferent locationwithin thedesiredtime,and verify thefeasibilityofthetechnology.Finally,it hasbeenapplied in Zibo distribution network practical engineering,and it could complete feeder fails within one minute. |
