| With the improvement of People’s Daily living standards and industrial requirements,the corresponding requirements for air humidity are becoming higher and higher,and air dehumidification technology is also more and more important.The rotary wheel dehumidification technology has obvious advantages,But there are problems of high regeneration temperature and high energy consumption.How to solve the problems of high regeneration temperature and high energy consumption of rotary dehumidifier has become a research hotspot.Based on the structure characteristics of the desiccant wheel,and the air heat and mass transfer characteristics of air in the flow channel of dehumidification wheel according to the energy conservation equation and mass conservation equation,with desiccant wheel type a sine port as the research object,the wet air side heat transfer and mass transfer,wet air side and adsorbent side of heat and mass transfer equation and boundary conditions for modeling.The effects of temperature,water content,air volume and other factors on the state of the rotor air outlet were simulated by using multi-physical field coupling in COMSOL Multiphysics.The obtained data were compared with the experimental data.A low temperature regeneration wheel dehumidification test bench was set up.The heat pump system was applied to the wheel dehumidification system.The heat pump system only needs to use a small amount of high-quality energy to provide regenerative heat for the wheel dehumidification system,which greatly reduces the energy consumption on the regenerative side of the wheel dehumidifier.The unit adopts low temperature regeneration wheel,the regeneration temperature of the wheel is 40℃-60℃.Reference to outdoor working conditions in summer in Tianjin,the experiment was carried out on a low temperature regenerative wheel dehumidification test bench,The influences of the inlet temperature of the rotor processing air,the processing air volume,the regeneration air volume,the regeneration temperature,the rotation speed of the rotor and other factors on the dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier were investigated,two performance evaluation index,(the water content(35)W and dehumidification performance coefficient DCOP,was introduced)to evaluate the performance of the unit,The optimal operating state of the unit was summarized and the accuracy of theoretical simulation is verified.The conclusion is drawn by comparison:(1)The water content(35)W and DCOP(dehumidification performance coefficient)increase with the increase of treatment air volume and regeneration air volume,and the increase rate slows down when the increase reaches a certain value;The water content(35)W increased with the increase of regeneration temperature,but DCOP decreased with the increase of regeneration temperature.The water content(35)W and DCOP reach the maximum value at about 12 r/h rotating speed of the runner.(2)The optimal operating condition of the low-temperature regeneration wheel dehumidifier as follows: the processing air volume is 2000m3/h,the regeneration air volume is 2000m3/h,the rotation speed of the runner is 12 r /h,and the regeneration temperature is55℃.In addition,the dehumidification performance of the built low-temperature regenerative dehumidifier is compared with that of the conventional rotary dehumidifier.Under the same working conditions,the water content of the low-temperature regenerative unit can reach3.74 g/kg,while the water content of the conventional unit can reach 3.3 g/kg,and the total dehumidification of the two units is similar.In general,the dehumidification performance of low-temperature regeneration unit is slightly lower than that of conventional units,but the gap is not large.It can still be applied to occasions where the relative humidity is required at about 30%,which is beyond the reach of refrigerated dehumidifiers.By calculation,the energy consumption of low-temperature regenerative unit is 39% of that of conventional rotary unit.The normal operation of the two units is one day(12 hours),and the electricity consumption of low-temperature regenerative dehumidifier can save 255.84 KWH compared with that of conventional rotary dehumidifier.Therefore,considering the low temperature regeneration unit has good dehumidification performance and remarkable energy saving effect,its market application prospect is good. |
