In recent years,the rapid progress of science and technology in China has provided reliable support for the development of the national economy.But at the same time,there are many environmental protection problems,which have become the difficulties that the society must overcome.The common environmental pollution mainly includes several categories,such as air pollution,garbage pollution,water pollution,etc.This thesis takes the power data generated during the operation of rural decentralized sewage treatment stations as the research object,and uses the universal intelligent meter to collect the power data,so as to realize the automatic monitoring system of the operation status of rural sewage treatment stations.In the existing sewage station monitoring system,the main method is to install multiple different types of sensors on the power lines of each sewage treatment equipment to detect its drainage quality.The scheme is not only complex in installation and maintenance,but also multi-point installation,which increases the possibility of equipment failure,and does not meet the three requirements of light transformation,low cost and less operation and maintenance of modern engineering.Therefore,it is of great significance to study an automatic detection system for the running state of sewage treatment stations.This thesis creatively equates the universal smart meter with the intelligent sensor,and realizes the collection of load data based on the hardware power of the existing smart meter.Combined with machine learning and time series anomaly detection methods,this thesis constructs a set of "smart meter + time series anomaly analysis + state detection" rural sewage treatment station operation state detection system.The system can realize the real-time anomaly detection of the operation status of sewage treatment statio ns of different sizes and types every day,so as to form an automatic intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring,greatly save the investment of human monitoring,improve the accuracy of station status detection,and realize the function of monitorin g the whole station with only one electricity meter.The system mainly displays the three services of the sewage station: station information,station power consumption and station working state detection.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)This thesis summarizes the two main parts of the design of rural sewage treatment station operation detection system based on smart meter and the research status of sewage station detection system at home and abroad.(2)Conduct complete analysis and detailed design of the whole platform according to the architecture of the system.This paper focuses on the detailed design and implementation of system modules such as data acquisition communication layer,data storage layer,user interaction and visualization layer.(3)Detection and analysis of station operation status,detect the outliers of the daily load curve of the station,extract and fit the typical daily load curve,and calculate the similarity of the load curve by using Pearson correlation coefficient calculation.The detection of switching events of pollution control equipment and the envelope fitting model of discrete power curve based on steady-state power data are established.(4)In the face of high concurrency,reliability and other proble ms,the system has been improved and deployed.Finally,the overall system has been shown.
