Design reuse is the process of building a new design based on an existing developed design and is an effective way to improve design speed and quality.With the development of injection molding industry,getting high quality design solutions quickly based on existing designs is the key to gain market advantage.The existing injection mold-related platforms are still in the basic knowledge supply stage,and they are less involved in the existing solution retrieval and knowledge association push,which leads to the low accuracy of injection mold retrieval and single knowledge source.In this context,this paper proposes a digital resource platform for injection mold design reuse based on 3D model retrieval and knowledge graph technology,which can improve the efficiency of injection mold retrieval while effectively integrating multidimensional injection mold knowledge.The platform can help users to search precisely and provide them with the mold and the knowledge information related to it in the search results.In addition,users can download molds from the platform and upload them after design reuse to continuously expand the injection mold resources.The main work contents are as follows:1)Establish the data organisation structure of injection moulds based on knowledge graph technology.In order to effectively organize multi-dimensional injection mould knowledge such as 3D models,2D engineering drawings and professional knowledge,and to establish knowledge associations between injection moulds,according to the characteristics of the knowledge structure of injection moulds and the functional requirements of the platform,the ontology of the injection mould domain is constructed.By dividing the injection mold knowledge system to form a good conceptual level,the knowledge representation and filling are carried out after creating the knowledge map ontology,and the construction of injection mold knowledge map is realized2)Reaching injection mould similarity retrieval on the basis of 3D retrieval technology.Different from the traditional injection mould platforms,which use keywords as the only means of retrieval,a retrieval method based on 3D model is proposed in this paper to improve the accuracy of injection mould retrieval.Information about the contact surfaces of the parts in the injection mould is collected,and the attribute adjacency map is used instead of the injection mould model and its part model.The similarity matrix is calculated by the optimal matching Kuhn-Munkres algorithm to determine the similarity between the injection mould models.This method can efficiently retrieve the molds similar to the target injection mold,and arrange the results from high to low.3)Design and implement a digital resource platform for injection moulds.Based on knowledge graph technology and 3D model retrieval technology,build the injection mould resource library on the basis of platform requirement analysis.And design functional modules such as user login,mould retrieval and recommendation,mould download and upload.The development of the injection mould digital resource platform is completed using ASP.NET technology to realise the functional framework of the injection mould digital resource platform for design reuse.Finally,the platform is tested in order to verify the basic function and performance of the injection mold digital resource platform for design reuse.The test results show that this platform achieves the expected results and verifies the practicality and effectiveness of the platform.The platform can effectively integrate injection mould digital resources,improve the accuracy of injection mould retrieval,and provide injection mould designers with 3D models and the multidimensional knowledge associated with them.It provides auxiliary reference for injection mould designers through the pushing of relevant knowledge while improving the retrieval efficiency,thus effectively improving the quality of injection mould design reuse. |
