At present,the pollution of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)to the atmospheric environment is still a hot spot of concern,and the treatment of volatile organic compounds is of great significance to environmental management and control.VOCs damage the environment,endanger human health,and affect economic and social aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the emission reduction of VOCs.In order to prevent further pollution of the atmospheric environment,it is necessary to carry out research on the treatment technology of VOCs.The thesis uses ACF1000 and ACF1600 produced by STACF Company(mainly active carbon fiber)as raw materials.After processing,two samples of activated carbon fiber are obtained.Using self-made silica aerogel as raw material two,a series of activated carbon aerogel samples were obtained after adding activated carbon as the base carbon.Based on the data of SEM-EDS,thermogravimetry,XRD,FT-IR and specific surface area and pore structure,the surface properties and microstructure of the samples were characterized and analyzed.The dynamic evaluation method was used to study the adsorption performance of activated carbon fiber for acetone and benzene.The effect of relative humidity on the adsorption performance of activated carbon fiber was explored.Simultaneously,the performance of activated carbon silica aerogel for benzene and static adsorption evaluation were carried out.The experimental results show that the content of C in ACF1000 and ACF1600is the highest,and both are graphitized carbon,but the degree of graphitization of ACF1600 is higher,resulting in a higher adsorption capacity of benzene;the difference in the content of surface functional groups in ACF1000 and ACF1600 is relatively large.Large,-OH,CO functional groups are located on the surface of ACF1000,and the content is significantly higher,resulting in higher adsorption of acetone.When the relative humidity is 80%,the adsorption capacity of the two activated carbon fibers decreases,the penetration time is reduced,and the adsorption capacity is not as good as when the relative humidity is 0%.The adsorption process of carbon-silica aerogel on benzene conforms to the first-order kinetic model.The maximum adsorption capacity of carbon-silica aerogel is at K3,which is 0.2400 g·g-1,indicating that activated carbon powder can improve the adsorption of carbon-silica aerogel.Play a certain role.From the perspective of adsorption capacity,the adsorption capacity of F3 for benzene is higher than the adsorption capacity of K3.This is because the content of oxygen-containing functional groups of the F series is higher than that of the K series;at the same time,the degree of graphitization of F3 and K3 Higher,can enhance the surface electrostatic effect of benzene molecules.Therefore,combining the two reasons,F3 and K3 will show good adsorption capacity for benzene.
