With the enhancement of China’s environmental awareness and the improvement of investment in the sewage treatment industry,China’s sewage treatment capacity and sewage plant construction rapid development,as one of the key equipment of sewage treatment,aeration equipment gradually increased and the trend of large-scale is becoming more and more obvious,so that its energy consumption is also further improved.Based on the demand of market competition and product energy saving,there are many researches on how to reduce energy consumption of aeration equipment at present,but they mainly focus on the optimization of mechanism and power source of underwater part.This article embarks from the new point of view,put forward the ascension into the gas oxygen content in the water,accelerate the oxygen transfer ability raise the power of the aeration equipment efficiency,the method of the research is based on domestic aeration equipment,it is necessary to improve the actual situation of the performance and the technical level of the fusion of magnet magnetization gas properties and mechanical power in aeration equipment research and development,In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of the core technology of the aeration equipment industry,and to carry out effective exploration and innovation in the application of the cross fusion of magnetization theory and machinery.Based on magnetization oxygen enrichment theory and electromagnetic analysis software,the magnetization oxygen enrichment mechanism of aeration equipment is studied theoretically and optimized.In order to reduce the energy consumption of aeration equipment as the main goal,the dynamic efficiency of aeration equipment as the evaluation index of aeration performance,through the experimental method of aeration experimental bench with and without magnetized oxygen-rich mechanism for the related research,comparative analysis of the dynamic efficiency of the two working conditions.Combined with the theoretical analysis,after the installation of magnetized oxygen enrichment device,the efficiency of aeration equipment can be improved.The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the relevant mechanism of aeration equipment.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Methods and principles of magnetization oxygen enrichment: Several common basic methods and theories of magnetization oxygen enrichment are sorted out and summarized,including adsorption enrichment method,trajectory deflection method and obstruction screening method;The working principle of magnetized oxygen enrichment device is described,which provides important reference and basis for structure selection optimization and performance analysis of magnetized oxygen enrichment device.(2)the magnetized oxygen-rich device structure optimization: the contrast analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,to work as evaluation indexes by magnetization force of gas molecules,of an isosceles triangle type and matrix type two kinds of permanent magnet magnetized oxygen-rich clearance space effect were analyzed,and the preferred choice of triangle type permanent magnet of basic building blocks as magnetized oxygen-rich device;Considering the magnetic induction intensity,magnetic induction intensity gradient,the size of non-uniform magnetic field area and the actual situation of gas flow comprehensively,the relevant size of isosceles triangle permanent magnet was optimized.(3)Set up aeration experiment platform: according to the actual needs,the aerated aeration equipment should be properly simplified and scaled down to set up oxygenated aeration experiment platform;The main parameters of oxygenation performance of aeration experimental bench were obtained,and the solution method of parameters was given.(4)Study the main parameters of oxygen filling performance of aeration test bench with and without magnetization oxygen enrichment device,including total oxygen mass transfer coefficient,oxygen filling capacity and dynamic efficiency;Combined with the actual operation of water purification equipment,the improvement of working efficiency of aeration equipment after installation of magnetized oxygen enrichment device was analyzed from the perspectives of dynamic efficiency and the time required to reach the target dissolved oxygen concentration,and the comparative analysis data were obtained.The experimental results show that the installation of aeration equipment with magnetized oxygen enrichment device is beneficial to the improvement of working efficiency and the reduction of energy consumption of water purification equipment.
