| Both dust and soot are composed of tiny particles,which can easily form aerosols in the air and have long-term effects on the environment and people’s health.In view of the shortcomings of the smoke and dust removal technology at home and abroad,bubble smoke and dust removal technology is put forward.According to the formation of bubbles and the study of smoke and dust removal mechanism,a hand-held smoke and dust removal equipment was developed and its foaming performance and smoke and dust removal performance were studied.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Three necessary conditions for the formation of bubbles are expounded.Through the study of bubble formation and burst process,the bubble formation process,such as bulking,stretching,clipping and falling off of liquid film under the action of wind force,and three kinds of bubble rupture are described.The capture and isolation effect of bubble smoke and dust removal technology was analyzed.(2)Through preliminary experiment,designed a by foaming plate combined with turbine blades,constitute the unique foam structure,relying on the foam structure built foaming experiment system,wind speed and height of liquid film was studied on the properties of foam,the results show that the foam the rotor speed increases with the increase of wind speed,and speed,the greater the kinetic energy of wind energy into a foaming rotor efficiency is lower;With the increase of liquid level height,the starting wind speed of foaming rotor increases and the speed decreases gradually.At different speeds,the foaming amount increased first and then decreased with the increase of wind speed,and the lower the speed,the lower the peak foaming amount of wind speed.The peak foaming amount changed exponentially with the rotational speed,and the increase of rotational speed was not conducive to the formation of bubbles.The distance the bubbles travel gradually increases with the increase of wind speed,while the rotation speed has little effect.(3)Developed a liquid supply system,air supply system and foam system composed of smoke and dust removal equipment;The foaming performance of the foaming device was tested by using the bubble liquid of the optimal configuration of smoke and dust removal.The results showed that the foaming volume reached the peak when the wind speed was 13-14.5m/s,and the foaming volume increased with the increasing of the liquid supply.Through formula derivation and experimental test,the number of foaming device was obtained.(4)Smoke suppression experiment was carried out in the simulated experimental roadway,and the results showed that: Under the influence of gravity and its own diffusion movement,the concentration curve of smoke and dust in the free settlement shows a fluctuating downward trend,and visibility in the roadway increases with the increase of time.In the bubble smoke removal process,the soot concentration in the simulated tunnel decreases rapidly,and the fluctuation range of its concentration curve is obviously small.The visibility in the roadway is significantly improved,and this process can be roughly divided into two stages,namely,rapid lifting and slow lifting.The foaming amount plays a decisive role in improving visibility,and the smaller the smoke volume is,the more significant the visibility improvement effect is.(5)The experimental results of bubble dust removal in the simulated tunnel show that compared with the natural dust deposition,the fluctuation range of dust concentration curve in the tunnel is obviously smaller after bubble dust removal.After 11 minutes of bubble dust removal,the dust removal efficiency will reach more than 80%,far less than the time required for dust free settlement.To sum up,the study in this paper verifies that bubble smoke elimination and dust removal technology has a good purification effect on dust and flue gas in the air,and the study in this paper provides theoretical basis and technical support for the development of smoke elimination and dust removal technology. |
