With the great consumption of fossil fuels and increasingly serious environmental problems,the use of biomass resources to produce renewable fine chemicals and liquid fuels has become one of the current research hotspots.In this paper,a novel solid acid catalyst was prepared and used to catalyze the hydroxyalkylation/alkylation of a lignocellulose-based platform compound 2-methylfuran and a series of carbonyl compounds to synthesize C13-C16oxygenated fuel precursors;Then,hydrodeoxygenation reaction is performed on the generated oxygen-containing fuel precursor to generate branched paraffins or naphthenes with a carbon chain length range of diesel or aviation kerosene.The specific research content includes the following three parts:(1)Preparation and characterization of solid acid catalystsFor the first time,bisphenol A was dissolved in n-butanol,and paraformaldehyde and p-toluenesulfonic acid were added for polymerization to obtain a high molecular polymer.base solid acid.The obtained solid acid was characterized by acid-base titration,infrared spectrum analysis,XRF,X-ray diffraction analysis,contact angle and the like.The results show that the acid content of the solid acid catalyst is as high as 3.05 mmol/g.(2)Hydroxyalkylation/alkylation of lignocellulose-based methylfuran with carbonyl compoundsUnder solvent-free and mild conditions,the obtained solid acid was used to catalyze the hydroxyalkylation/alkylation of lignocellulose-based 2-methylfuran and furfural with a yield of 79%.For 2-methylfuran and a series of carbonyl compounds,the yields were all higher than 50%.The reasons for its high activity and high selectivity were explained according to the characterization results.(3)Preparation of hydrodeoxygenation catalyst and its hydrodeoxygenation reaction of hydroxyalkylation/alkylation productsUsing 60%(mass fraction)phosphoric acid and aluminum hydroxide,aluminum phosphate molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method.Synthesis of hydrodeoxygenation catalysts Ni/Al PO4,Co/Al PO4,Ni/Hβ,Ni/HY,Ni/H-ZSM-5,Ni/Si O2by wet impregnation Branched or cyclic alkanes in the aviation kerosene range.The prepared hydrodeoxygenation catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis and N2physical adsorption.
